. An X-Speed can be used up to 6 times on one Pokémon per battle, giving up to a boost of 4x the Pokémon's speed. Other similar items are X-Attack, X-Defend, X-Special, X-Accuracy, Dire hit and X-Sp.Def., Raising by one stage attack, defence, special attack, special defence, critical hit ratio and accuracy.
