Rider Willie is a character that first appeared in the game Pokémon Colosseum. He reappears in Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness. In both games, he is encountered at the Outskirt Stand.

Colosseum[]
Willie is seen at the Outskirt Stand where he compliments Wes for destroying Team Snagem's hideout and stealing their Snag Machine. Willie then offers to battle Wes to see if he is strong enough. After Willie is defeated by Wes, Wille will remain at the Outskirt Stand and will battle Wes at anytime.
XD: Gale of Darkness[]
After five years from the events of the last game, Willie is still at the Outskirt Stand. After seeing Michael defeat a Cipher admin on the television, he offers to battle Michael. After being defeated, Willie offers to battle Michael at anytime.

- Wille is the first character that is battled in Pokémon Colosseum.
- Willie has is own battle theme much like Miror B., Evice, and Grand Master Greevil.
- In both games, Willie mainly uses Zigzagoon and Linoone in battle. Willie is always battled at the Outskirt Stand.
