Wigglytufftwo is a normal/fairy-type Pokémon created by Mewtwo in Pokémon The First Movie - Mewtwo Strikes Back.
Biography
Mewtwo Strikes Back
Wigglytufftwo first appeared in the first Pokémon Movie, Mewtwo Strikes Back. After it was created it battled against Neesha's Wigglytuff. However, the battle came to a stop when Ash ran between Mewtwo's and Mew's attacks, which turned him to stone. Like all the other Pokémon, Wigglytuff felt utterly miserable about it.
However, the Pokémon's tears healed Ash. Mewtwo used his psychic abilities to lift Wigglytufftwo and the other clone Pokémon in the air, and they went away to find a safe home.
