Western Sea is a location in Pokémon Ranger: Guardian Signs.
Overview[]
The Western Sea is an underwater area west of Renbow Island. The Player first reaches the area when they are knocked into the ocean in the beginning of the game and they discover the Rainbow Dais, but they don't know what it is. Suddenly, the Pincher's Submarine comes along and knocks the Player into the Oblivia current, causing them to get swept up in it and end up on a beach on Dolce Island. Later, when the Societea raises the Sky Fortress and the Rangers search for a way to break through its barrier with the Rainbow Dias and Rainbow Grail, the Player remembers finding the Rainbow Dais symbol in the Western Sea and returns there. The Player and Partner reach the Western Sea through the air and the Player places the Rainbow Grail on the Rainbow Dias, causing the Rainbow Dias to rise into the sky. Afterward, the Western Sea become unavailable and cannot be reached again.
