Description

Water Pulse can target any Pokémon that's adjacent or non-adjacent from the user.

Water Pulse's power is increased by 50% for Pokémon with the ability Mega Launcher.

Water Pulse can also be used as a part of contest combination, with the user gaining extra three appeal points if the move Rain Dance was used in the prior turn.
