This Voltorb is an Electric-type Pokémon who appeared in The Underground Round-Up.
Biography[]
It is the only Voltorb that didn't evolve during the time when the Electrode spread over island, It first encounter with Togepi when Ash and his friends were looking around the city, Togepi quickly befriended with the Voltorb and didn't explode during the time with Togepi.
