Vitzo is a minor character from Pokémon: Johto League Champions.
Biography

Vitzo is Brad's manager and was not pleased about his Smoochum, thinking his fans would abandon him because he is kind instead of rough. Even if he saw Smoochum, he pretended he didn't, stopping Brad from obtaining it. He threatened to sue Ash, Misty and Brock if they ever told about Brad's real life. He even got some guards (who were Team Rocket) to kick the heroes and Smoochum out. Brad came and rescued the heroes and Smoochum and announced his fans about himself and Smoochum. The fans loved him, so Vitzo changed his opinion and began liking Smoochum.
