Vincent (in the special The Legend of Thunder!), or Jackson (in the main series), is a character in the special The Legend of Thunder!, which was dubbed into English as apart of a special season known as Pokémon Chronicles, and also appeared as a Pokémon Trainer who in the Silver Conference from the Johto region under the name Jackson. He received his first Pokémon, a Chikorita from Professor Elm.

Biography

Season SP: Chronicles

Vincent appears in the special episode The Legend of Thunder. He is the childhood friend of Jimmy and Marina. He has a crush on Marina and is Jimmy's rival.

Pokémon the Series: Gold and Silver

Jackson fought against Ash Ketchum in the Preliminary Round of the Silver Conference. Like Ash, he also owns a shiny Pokémon: Magneton. Their match ended in a draw with the final matchup being his Meganium and Ash's Bulbasaur.

Jackson got Meganium as a starter when it was a Chikorita when he set out on his journey. In its first appearance, it has already evolved into Meganium. While Jackson battles with Ash, it was used against Ash's Bulbasaur. After a long battle, it ended in a draw.

Before actually fighting Ash, Azumarill with Jackson's Meganium teamed up to fight Ash's Bulbasaur and Squirtle. As they continue to fight, Harrison prevents this with his Miltank. During the league battle against Ash, Azumarill is used against Ash's Pikachu and loses after a long battle.

Magneton was used during battle with Vincent against Ash. It was able to defeat Ash's Pikachu and Cyndaquil, but got defeated by Bulbasaur.

Poliwhirl was seen in the fight against Macey, it got defeated by her Quilava. Macey eventually wins the battle.
