This Tyranitar is a rock/dark-type Pokémon that was caught by the Pokemon Hunter before being owned by Vicious and serves as the secondary antagonist of MS004: Pokémon 4Ever.

Personality[]

At first, Tyranitar was a very timid Pokemon, but after being caught by Vicious with the Dark Ball, it becomes very aggressive and violent, attacking anyone in its way.

Biography[]

Vicious caught this timid Tyranitar at the Pokémon Hunter's camp in order to get himself a new, strong Pokémon, demonstrate the powers of his Dark Balls and force the Hunter to reveal the place where he had seen Celebi 40 years ago as Tyranitar caused havoc in the Hunter's Camp. Vicious also sent Tyranitar to battle against Ash and friends, who were carrying Celebi, but they got away as James' Weezing used its SmokeScreen to distract the Marauder, so he wouldn't "steal their Pikachu away", as Team Rocket thought he was doing, the Tyranitar fired Hyper Beam to clear Weezing's SmokeScreen, as Vicious and tyranitar approached the trio jessie, james and meowth recognised him and ran up to him in surprise and excitement while tyranitar looked awfully puzzled.

Later, Vicious sent his Tyranitar to battle against Suicune. Brock used his Onix to battle Tyranitar, but the powered-up Armor Pokémon was too strong for Brock's Rock Snake Pokémon. Suicune, however, was able to defeat Tyranitar with a powerful Bubble Beam, and Onix used its last strength to slam it to the Lake of Life before fainting. Later, after Vicious was defeated, the freed Tyranitar was seen swimming through the lake and disappearing into the mist, sinking Team Rocket's raft on the way.
