Vast Poni Canyon

Vast Poni Canyon is a canyon on Poni Island in the Alola region. It is the location of an unmanned Dragon-type trial, the seventh to be challenged by the player character. It is also where, in Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon, the Island Kahuna Hapu is fought.

Trial[]

The player is required to pass the trial before reaching Altar of the Sunne/Moone.

This trial is stated to be the Alola region's oldest trial. It involves first battling two Pokémon before reaching the Totem.

The player character will receive the Dragonium Z after defeating the Totem.
