Urara Takano (Japanese: 高乃 麗, Hepburn: Takano Urara), born in Togane, Chiba, Japan, August 16, 1961, is the Japanese voice of Raichu in Pokémon.
She is also voice of Weevil Underwood in “Yu-Gi-Oh!” and does the Japanese dubbing of Celia in the Disney/Pixar film “Monsters Inc.” as well as Captain DuBois in “Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted” and Bellatrix Lestrange in the “Harry Potter” films.
