Unite Battles are the main form of combat on Aeos Island in Pokémon UNITE. Some Pokémon on the island contain Aeos Energy, which allow them to partake in these battles, whether they be wild Pokémon or Pokémon taking part in the Unite Battles. This energy allows them to evolve, use different moves including powerful Unite Moves, and even obtain more Aeos Energy by defeating other Pokémon.
