Ultra Megalopolis is one of the several worlds of Ultra Space accessible though the Ultra Wormhole, it's the home of the Ultra Recon Squad and other people. Necrozma resides in Ultra Megalopolis at the Megalo Tower, it's a world without light where Necrozma stole it.

Geography

Ultra Megalopolis is a dark, yet futuristic city. At the center of the city is Megalo Tower, where Ultra Necrozma resides.

History

Long time ago, the ancestors of the people of Ultra Megalopolis tried to take advantage from the power of Necrozma but the result were catastrophic, Necrozma lost its light and stole the light of this world, condemning the inhabitants to live in a state of perpetual darkness.

After Necrozma forces Nebby to fuse with it and run away into the Ultra Wormhole, the player character needs to get to Ultra Megalopolis through the Withe Warp Hole. Phyco and Soliera (US) or Dulse and Zossie (UM) are waiting for the player character at the front of Megalo Tower to explain that Necrozma will regain its true power and the other people are isolated for fear of Necrozma's rage.

If the player character returns to Ultra Megalopolis after defeating Necrozma, the player character can talk with Phyco/Zossie if wanting to change the Pokémon that is used in the Ultra Warp Ride.

Megalo Tower

Megalo Tower is a giant tower built to control the power of Necrozma but it doesn't work anymore. After Necrozma regain its true form, it will challenge the player to a battle, it has a boosting aura raising its stats by one stage., it also cannot be caught since it's still fused with Nebby.

Gift Pokémon

After defeating Necrozma, this Poipole ends up showing interest in the player character. So, Dulse/Soliera offer it as thanks for defeating Necrozma. If the player character chooses to not accept the Ultra Beast and return to Alola, he/she can still receive Poipole in Ultra Megalopolis.
