Biography

EM021 9

Charizard using Earthquake on Alakazam.

Tucker sent out Charizard, while Emerald sent out Alakazam in their battle. Alakazam used Thunder Punch on Charizard's body, which paralysed it. Charizard retaliated with Earthquake, causing it to faint. Emerald then sent out Metagross, which used Rock Tomb, causing a great deal of pain, but managed to survive. Charizard then used Overheat on Metagross, back-to-back, as Metagross used Protect, back-to-back.[1] Eventually, its back-to-back Overheats took a toll on Metagross and caused it to faint.[2]
