Treasure Island is a location in Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon.
History[]
Treasure Island was visited for the first time by Ash and his Pikachu in "Partner Promises!" following the recommendation of an Alola Sunrise's saleswoman, who mentions that the island is full of wild Pokémon. Ash and Pikachu spent most of the day there, where they played with the local Pokémon and helped a Wimpod that was lost and separated from its group. Furthermore, Ash and Pikachu met the guardian deity of Akala Island, Tapu Lele.
In "The Island Whisperer!", Ash remembers his meeting with Tapu Lele.
In "Alola, Alola!", Ash took his classmates there along with Misty, who was visiting the region, while riding on some Poké Ride Mantine.
In "PJ037", Goh visits the island to catch himself an Alolan Exeggutor.
Trivia[]
- The island's name is a reference to eponymous adventure novel by Scottish author Robert Louis Stevenson, narrating about "buccaneers and buried gold".
