Torrent (Japanese: げきりゅう, Hepburn: Gekiryuu) is an Ability introduced in Generation III. It is an exclusive ability to Water-type Pokémon.

Torrent raises the Pokémon's Water-type attacks, making them do 150% damage. However, this only happens when the Pokémon's HP is at 30% or less of its maximum HP.
