Biography

Tokuzō is Ellie's grandfather, who owns a herd of Mareep. He had Ellie's Ampharos serve as a guard, but Ampharos was not confident enough to guard the Mareep. Due to many mysterious disappearances of Mareep, Tokuzō thought Ampharos was unable to guard them.
