Toku is a character appearing in Pokémon: The Johto Journeys.

Biography

Pokémon the Series: Gold and Silver

Toku was fishing one day until a giant Gengar appeared. His Mr. Mime used Psywave, but the attack did not work on Gengar and was absorbed. When Pikachu used Thunderbolt on the Gengar, which was a robot, Mr. Mime was freed and returned to Toku.
