This Altaria is a Dragon/-type Pokémon owned by a Titus.
Biography
Titus used his Altaria in his battle against Ash Ketchum and his Greninja in the Lumiose Conference. Altaria started off by using Dragon Pulse and hit Greninja with it. After Greninja recovered from the damage, Altaria used Draco Meteor but Greninja transformed into Ash-Greninja, surprising Titus and his Altaria, and knocked Altaria out with Water Shuriken.
