Biography[]
As Nickit[]
These three Nickit were foraging for food in Wyndon, although they struggled to find food to eat. One day they encountered a dirty Scorbunny who became their leader after teaching them how to steal without getting caught. After Scorbunny met Goh, it decided to go with him, although it was worried about the Nickits' safety. To alleviate its concerns, they showed it the moves it taught them and bid their leader farewell.[1]
The Nickit changed their ways after their leader's departure, helping remove litter, playing with humans and punishing mischievous Pokémon, with the people giving them food so they wouldn't be hungry. The day before his match with Leon, Ash and Goh returned to the scone stall where they saw the Nickit scold three Galarian Zigzagoon for stealing, but knowing that they were only hungry, gave them some of the food that the witnesses gave them. As they were about to leave, Cinderace stopped them and they were initially shocked that their leader had evolved but were delighted to see it again.
After a wild Perrserker and two Galarian Meowth began stealing food, the Nickit chased after them, only to be caught by Team Rocket. Fortunately, Ash and Goh quickly found and freed them, where they fought against the Perrserker and Meowth, running in circles to confuse them as they began to evolve.
As Thievul[]
Upon evolving into Thievul, they immediately overwhelmed the Perrserker and Meowth with their new strength. During this time, Goh defeated all of Team Rocket's Pokémon; when they tried to use Perrserker's coin to get more Pokémon out of the Rocket Prize Master, the Thievul immediately snatched it, Perrserker and the Meowth before assisting Cinderace's Pyro Ball to blast Team Rocket off. When they returned to the scone owner, he gave them a large pile of scones for evolving before one of them sensed the Zigzagoon and invited them to eat. Another then spotted Perrserker and the Meowth leaving and gave them a bag of scones before inviting them to eat too, knowing they were just hungry and had no ill intentions.[2]
