The Terarium is a large dome-shaped facility located under the sea. Introduced in Generation IX's DLC, The Indigo Disk, it is home to various Pokémon species.
It contains four biomes, each separated with a crystalline border. These four areas, each of which features a unique climate and ecosystem, contain artificial sky projected onto the ceiling and walls changes to reflect the time of day and weather. The temperature of each area is also carefully regulated. A wide variety of Pokémon from the previous games can be found here, such as those from Galar and Alola.
First partner Pokémon from the previous generations can also be found in each biome, provided that the player donates 3,000 Blueberry Points to Terry via the PC in the League Club Room in order to accomodate them. As there are four biomes, 12,000 BP is required for the Terarium to host all of the Pokémon.
The player can further explore the Terarium to collect Blueberry Points via completing Blueberry quests, as well as using the Synchro Machine to play as their own Pokémon.
