This Skarmory is a steel/-type Pokémon owned by Team Rocket Grunts.
Biography[]
Skarmory first appeared after it was released from the Rocket Prize Master by Jessie. She used it to battle against Ash's Pikachu and Goh's Raboot after their plan to steal their Pokémon was foiled by a Lugia (which was actually a Mew in disguise), but they ultimately lost and were sent blasting off.
