This Minccino is a normal-type Pokémon owned by Team Rocket Grunts.
Biography[]
Minccino first appeared after it was released from the Rocket Prize Master by James. It was used to fight Ash's Pikachu and Goh's Raboot, who were trying to stop them from stealing a large group of Pikachu. Unlike most of the Pokémon the Rocket Prize Master has dispensed, Minccino actually managed to fight long enough for Team Rocket to capture Ash's Pikachu and escape. However, when Ash and Goh returned for a rematch, Minccino was defeated and sent blasting off by a combined Thunderbolt attack performed by all the Pikachu they had stolen.
