This Kingler is a water-type Pokémon owned by Team Rocket Grunts.
Biography[]
Kingler first appeared after it was released from the Rocket Prize Master by James. He used it to battle against Ash's Pikachu and Goh's Raboot since they were trying to stop their plan of stealing Pokémon that were participating in the Water-type Pokémon Friendship Contest. They were eventually defeated and sent blasting off.
