These Gulpin are Poison-type Pokémon owned by Team Rocket Grunts.
Biography[]
Team Rocket's Pelipper accidentally released these Gulpin from the Rocket Prize Master, and they caused trouble throughout Vermilion City as Ash, Goh and a bunch of other Pokémon got stuck together in a big ball, and then all were unstuck and presumably stayed in the wild.
