This Buneary is a normal-type Pokémon owned by Team Rocket Grunts.
Biography[]
Buneary first appeared after it was released from the Rocket Prize Master by Jessie. It was used to fight Ash's Pikachu and Goh's Raboot, who were trying to stop them from stealing a large group of Pikachu. Unlike most of the Pokémon the Rocket Prize Master has dispensed, Buneary actually managed to fight long enough for Team Rocket to capture Ash's Pikachu and escape. However, when Ash and Goh returned for a rematch, Buneary was defeated and sent blasting off by a combined Thunderbolt attack performed by all the Pikachu they had stolen.
