This Magnemite is a electric/steel-type Pokémon owned by the Pokémon Summer Academy.
Biography[]
Magnemite was Brock's partner Pokémon for the first part of the summer camp. Brock gave Magnemite some static electricity during class, making it happy, and he polished it after. Magnemite battled against Jessie's Smoochum in a battle, in which it used Thunder. Smoochum used Sweet Kiss and Jessie decided to hug it since she loved Smoochum so much but she got electrocuted by Magnemite's Thunder instead.
