Subway Boss Ingo (Nobori - ノボリ - "Going Up") is a character that first appeared in Pokémon Black and White. He is the boss you battle when in the Single battle line of the Battle Subway and is the twin to Subway Boss Emmet.
After 21 consecutive wins in the Battle Subway, Ingo will challange you. He has 3 Pokémon when fighting you. After 48 consecutive battles in all, he will challenge you again, with even stronger Pokémon.
In Multi-battle, Both Ingo and Emmet will fight you, again 21 battles, and then 48.

Ingo and his brother debuted at the end of BW047: Beheeyem, Duosion, and the Dream Thief!. They were monitoring the strange activity in the subway and noticed something was wrong.
