Storm Drain

Storm Drain is an Ability introduced in Generation IV.

Effect

Storm Drain draws all Water-type moves onto the holder (except multiple-target moves such as Surf and Muddy Water). In Generation V, the ability gives the holder immunity to all Water-type moves and also raises the holder's Special Attack.
