Press the Voltorb to start the stopwatch timer. Press the Voltorb again to stop.
The Stopwatch app is a Pokétch app acquired by a girl inside the Pal Park building after showing her a Voltorb. The player must also have the Kitchen Timer app to obtain it.
The app shows a Voltorb and a timer. This timer can be adjusted by minutes and seconds by tapping the arrows on the touch screen. When the timer is activated, the Voltorb opens its mouth to suck in bolts of lightning. When the timer is up, the Voltorb does its electric sounding cry.
