This Staraptor is a normal/-type Pokémon that appeared in Pokémon Ranger and the Kidnapped Riolu! (Part 2).
Biography[]
Kellyn captured a giant Staraptor to fly around in the sky. He also saved Ash Ketchum and his Pikachu after they fell out of J's plane by using Staraptor. After they landed, Kellyn released Staraptor.
