Stuart Zagnit, credited as Stan Hart, is an English voice actor for Pokémon mainly active during the 4Kids-dubbed seasons. His only known roles were Professor Samuel Oak and the Gym Leader Koga, both of which he passed on to his friend and fellow voice actor Jimmy Zoppi. He has since returned to the series as the voice of Cedric Juniper.
