Split-Decision Ruins is a location in the Crown Tundra of the Galar region. It is the place where Regieleki or Regidrago can be battled.
Description[]
Both the exterior and interior of the temple are painted yellow on one side (for Regieleki) and red on the other side (for Regidrago). When Regieleki's pattern is locked in, sparks of electricity appear, while if Regidrago's pattern is locked in, vaporized red and blue smoke appear. Just above the entrance, the eye patterns of both Regieleki and Regidrago are on their respective sides (yellow and red).
Puzzle[]
The door outside the Split-Decision Ruins reads:
A giant of rock.
A giant of ice.
A giant of steel.
When gather the three giants, the door of destiny shall be opened.
If the player brings Regirock, Regice and Registeel caught by themselves, the door will open.
Inside the ruins, there are several light switches on the floor, resembling a mixture of both Regieleki and Regidrago's eyes. The player can turn the switches on or off by walking across them, but unlike the other ruins, turning all of them open would not cause the statue to activate.
If the player turns on the switches corresponding to Regieleki's eye pattern (the X pattern), the "dots" on the statue corresponding to Regieleki's eyes will light up, and by interacting with the statue, Regieleki is battled. If the player turns on the switches corresponding to Regidrago's eye pattern (the Y pattern), the "dots" on the statue corresponding to Regidrago's eyes will light up, and by interacting wth the statue, Regidrago will battle the player.
After the player battles with the Legendary Giant for the first time, the unopened switches cannot be turned on anymore, meaning the opposite Legendary Giant cannot be encountered. The player must decide as to who is the preferred Pokémon to encounter, hence the name Split-Decision Ruins.

Trivia[]
- The Split-Decision Ruins, along with the other ruins of the Legendary Giants, reference the past games:
- The background music is the Sealed Chamber's background music in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, which also plays in where the Legendary Giants are battled.
- The text written on the door is very similar to that written on Regigigas' statue in Snowpoint Temple in Diamond, Pearl and Platinum.
- The interior and the animations of ground shaking and encountering Registeel are based on the Legendary Giant ruins in the Sinnoh counterpart from Platinum.
