This Togedemaru is an Electric/Steel-type Pokémon owned by Sophocles.
Biography
Togedemaru was with Sophocles at Hokulani Observatory, who promised to use his new invention to combat the Ultra Beasts on Ula'ula Island.[1]
To stop the Ultra Beasts from reaching Hokulani Observatory, Sophocles sent Togedemaru to attack Celesteela and Guzzlord at Alola Route 10.[2]
Sophocles and Togedemaru spent time on Exeggutor Island for training, and battled against Lana and Araquanid.[3]
Sophocles presented the Vikavolt airship, with which the group could travel to Mount Lanakila. Since the group shared their doubts about it, Sophocles' Togedemaru electrocuted them to force them to enter the vehicle.[4] With the arrival of the four Guardian Deities, Sophocles and Molayne went out of the aircraft and started to battle the Ultra Beasts. They confronted two Nihilego, and had their Alolan Dugtrio use Corkscrew Crash and Togedemaru use Gigavolt Havoc Z-Moves, which defeated the two Nihilego.[5]
