Solidad's Pidgeot made its debute in the final round of the Pokémon Kanto Grand Festival where it alongside Slowbro easily used a Dodge and Attack combination that easily overpowered May.
It showed it was brillant battler when attacked by May's Combusken's Fire Spin, as it was easily able to recover and use a beautiful Feather Dance to destory the Flames and damage Combusken and Munchlax with Firery Feathers. It then used Double Team to Dodge Combusken's attack and Strike back. It then Teamed up with Slowbro and used Aerial Ace on Munchlax and knocked it out. Winning Solidad the Ribbon Cup.
