The Silver Wing is a key item introduced in Generation II.
Effect[]
The Silver Wing allows the player to encounter Lugia in the Whirl Islands, just as the Rainbow Feather allows them to encounter Ho-Oh on the Bell Tower. In Pokémon SoulSilver Version, the Tidal Bell is another key item required to encounter Lugia.
The Bag icon of the Silver Wing was updated for Pokémon Black Version and Pokémon White Version, even though it does not appear in the game. The item exists in the code of Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet as a dummied item titled Silver Feather, complete with its own description.
