The Shell Sage is a character that debuted in Eyes on the Goal!.

Biography

He appears during the Eyes on the Goal! segment, riding on top of a group of Blastoise. He called out to his Pokémon who were taking part in a race across a park against Team Rocket's Chewtle. His Pokémon later joined him after the race, deeming Chewtle the winner of the race.

Trivia

• His Tirtouga and Carracosta are the first of their species to appear in the anime since the two-part A Restoration Confrontation arc from the Pokémon the Series: Black & White series.

  • He is also the only Trainer to own a Turtonator besides Kiawe.
