Sheila encountered the heroes at the Mahogany Gym and took them to Pryce, though the heroes were surprised how quick she was. When Pryce and Ash disappeared, Sheila told Misty and Brock about Pryce's history with his Pilowsine. Once Pryce returned with Pilowsine, she was overjoyed her friend got retunited with his Pokémon. A day later, she acted as the referee in the fight of Ash vs. Pryce.
