Seismic Toss is a damaging, Fighting-type move introduced in Generation I that deals damage equal to user's level. In Generation I, Seismic Toss could be learned with TM19. Seismic Toss is a variant of the Ghost-type move, Night Shade, in that both moves inflict damage equal to the user's level.
