Secret Techniques (Japanese: ヒジュツ, Hepburn: Hijutsu) are special skills in Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let's Go, Eevee!. They are used for clearing obstacles and transporting the player character, similar to HM moves. They are only used by both Partner Pikachu and Eevee in those games.
According to the captain of the S.S. Anne, Secret Techniques are typically performed by humans, but the player character's partner has an unusual affinity for the abilities, and is able to perform them for the player character.
After the player character becomes the Champion, they can fly on Charizard, Aerodactyl, or Dragonite, which bypasses Chop Down and Sea Skim obstacles.
