Secret Power is a normal-type move introduced in Generation III. It was TM43 in Generations III and IV. It returned as a TM in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, albeit as TM94.

Effect
In battle
Secret Power deals damage and has a 30% chance to cause one of the following effects:
- May cause the target to fall asleep if battling in tall grass or on a water puddle.
- May lower the target's Accuracy by 1 stage if battling on a sandy ground.
- May cause the target to flinch if battling on craggy surfaces or in caves.
- May lower the target's Speed by 1 stage if battling in the marsh.
- May lower the target's Attack by 1 stage if battling on water.
- May freeze the target if battling in the snow or on the ice.
- May paralyze the target if battling in a building.
Outside of battle
In Generations III and VI, it can be used on certain trees and indented walls to create a Secret Base.

All Pokémon that can learn TMs can learn Secret Power either by TM43 in Generations III and IV or by TM94 in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. The only exceptions are Burmy, Kricketot, Spewpa, Tynamo, Unown, Wobbuffet and Wynaut.
