Kalos Route 16, also known as Mélancolie Path, is a route in the Kalos region.
Description[]
Following Route 15 from the north, Route 16 has an autumn-like scenery.
From the Route 15 entrance, the player immediately comes across a Strength boulder. To the west is the ruins that leads to the other side of Lost Hotel. The main path continues and faces southwest, leading to a path lined with long grass and laiden with fallen leaves, some even existing as leaf piles that can hide items and Trainers, similar to that of Route 15. Down the stairs west from the leaf path is another Strength boulder, and further down is a fishing shack and a lake. The lake is the end of a river that continues from Route 15, and the player may traverse on the river to get back to a small portion of Route 15. Southwest from the lake is the gate to Lumiose City.
