This Eevee is a Normal-type Pokémon owned by Risa.
Biography[]
This Eevee was first met when Ash helped Risa find it. It put up quite a fight but Pikachu had the upper hand and this made Risa attempt to (first time) and successfully (second time) caught Eevee. Eevee was then summoned to play with Pikachu.
Later, when Team Rocket set up smoke bombs to escape, Eevee was trapped in the following stampede and ultimately broke it's bottom right paw. Whilst recovering, it forms a relationship with Risa.
During the final battle, Eevee helped Risa overcome her fear of running like she used to by taking the eternal flame over to her, with the Pokémon determined to save the world. Eevee stays on its Trainer's shoulder during the battle from this point on and even helped it's Trainer put the eternal flame back in its pedestal, summoning Lugia.
