Eight exhaust pipes stick out of the engine, with each pipe covered in a purple liquid, which it could be poison. the six exhaust pipes are smaller and stick out of the longer exhaust pipes. Revavroom uses its loud engine to scare off enemies. It absorbs minerals and poisonous gases inside its engine in order to produce energy before detonating the energy from its eight cylinders.

Natural abilities[]

Revavroom possesses a long tongue that it uses to spray toxic fluids. It can also function as a power source by plugging into machines, which Ortega used by creating unique Starmobile forms for it. Additionally, Revavroom's Starmobile forms are also capable of using the moves Blazing Torque, Combat Torque, Magical Torque, Noxious Torque, and Wicked Torque.

    Trivia[]

    • Revavroom and its pre evolved form are the only Steel/Poison-type Pokémon.
      • In addition, they went unreleased in all pre-release media they appeared in.
    • Yusuke Kozaki revealed himself to be the designer of both Varoom and Revavroom, as well as Cetoddle and Cetitan.[2]

    Origin[]

Revavroom is most likely based on a multi-cylinder engine and a car. Viewing it from the front invokes a skull, a common motif for biker gangs (hence its association with Team Star) and toxic substances (hence the Poison type).

    Etymology[]

Revavroom may be derived from rev and vroom.
