Effect[]
In battle[]
Relic Song does damage and has a 10% chance to cause the target to fall asleep. In a Double Battle, Relic Song can target any Pokémon around the user. In a Triple Battle, Relic Song can only target a Pokémon that's adjacent to the user. Relic Song will have no effect on Pokémon with Soundproof.
When used, Meloetta swaps between forms.
