Refrigerate (Japanese: フリーズスキン, Hepburn: Freeze Skin) is an Ability exclusive to Ice-type Pokémon, introduced in Generation VI. Three Pokémon have this ability, one is a Mega Pokémon.

| Generation VII | Normal-type moves become Ice-type moves. The power of those moves is boosted a little. |
Refrigerate increases the power of Normal-type moves by 20% (30% prior to Generation VII) and changes them to Ice-type moves.
