This Gyarados is a water/-type Pokémon that appeared in The Lake of Rage.
Biography[]
Gyarados was first seen in a battle with Lance's Dragonite where Lance observed that Gyarados was not acting normal. After Lance defeated the Team Rocket and destroyed the system, Gyarados became peaceful. He was seen going off at the end.
