This Ralts is a Psychic-type Pokémon who appeared in Do I Hear a Ralts?.
Biography[]
When Ash and his friends stopped for a halt, Max heard a voice. He proceeded to its source and found Ralts - he had a bad cold. Brock helped Ralts recover a little by treating him to soup. Realizing that he needed help, the guys decided to take Ralts to the nearest Pokémon Center, Max decided to take him there himself. Team Rocket unexpectedly attacked, planning to steal Ralts and hand him over to their boss (they even disguised themselves - James pretended to be the old coach, and Jesse and Meowth - Gardevoir and Kirlia, respectively). Ash and friends decided to distract the enemy so that Max (who was joined by Ash's Snorant) could get to the Pokémon Center, but Team Rocket overtook Max and demanded that Ralts be handed over to them, but he violently refused, stating that he would not allow him to fall into their dirty villainous paws. Suddenly, someone's Psychokinesis threw the enemy back and the real Gardevoir and Kirlia appeared. At first they did not trust Max, but when Ralts stood up for the boy, they decided to trust him, after which Max continued on his way. Already at night, he managed to get to the Pokémon Center, where Ralts was placed in the intensive care unit, shortly after that, his friends arrived in time for Max, and he, with tears in his eyes, rushed into May's arms, she comforted his brother that he was able to fulfill his mission, as promised . The next morning Ralts' treatment was completed and Max visited his little friend. Brock asked Sister Joy if Ralts's condition was severe, she explained that when Max and Ralts arrived, the cold had already turned into pneumonia and if Ralts had arrived an hour or two later, he definitely would not have been able to survive.
After that, Max decided to return Ralts to Gardevoir and Kirlia, but Team Rocket again tried to steal him with a cheap disguise trick, but Max and his friends did not fall for this cheap trick, and Ralts sent Jesse and Meowth flying through with Psychokinesis, hiding nearby, James met the same fate. After that, Gardevoir and Kirlia appeared again and Max told them that he had fulfilled his promise. Ralts did not want to leave Max, he felt the same way, but Max nevertheless decided and before parting, he assured Ralts that he would come for him when he was older and became a coach. After that, Gardevoir, Kirlia and Ralts left, but unexpectedly Ralts entered into telepathic contact with Max and asked him to promise to return for him when he became a coach. Max mentally replied to Ralts that he would definitely return for him when he became a coach and then they could travel together.
