A Royal Rumble with Regirock, Regice and Registeel II (VS レジロック・レジアイス・レジスチル II VS Regirock, Regice, Registeel II) is the 5th chapter of Pokémon Adventures: Volume 21.
Steven receives Sapphire's letter and manages to find the necessary components to summon the Golems. Sapphire summons Wailord and Relicanth, who lend their powers. However, Sapphire is blown by a blast and finds herself with Ruby, as both are greeted by three Gym Leaders.
Steven has received Sapphire's letter. Phoebe comes to Steven, giving him the slab. Steven compares the letter with the slab and sees they fit each other. Steven is pleased to know the answer lies in Wailord and Relicanth to awaken the Golems. Sapphire is even more glad, as she raises her voice to summon Lorry and Relly. Steven thinks they are lucky Sapphire has both Relicanth and Wailord, so has his Beldum line up between those two Pokémon. Steven notices the slab starts glowing. He chants the slab's words, causing blasts of energy to be emitted and launched. The beams hit Regirock, Regice and Registeel, awakening them.
Steven remembers his father had Captain Stern build a submarine so they could go to the Seafloor Cavern and crush its entrance, so neither Team Aqua nor Magma could enter it. Mr. Stone also counted if Kyogre and Groudon were awakened, he had a plan to awaken Regirock, Regice and Registeel to stop these Pokémon. Steven told him he left the slab to a blind boy, who could read the slab. Mr. Stone reminded his son to save Hoenn, everyone must help out. The slab shatters, but Steven thinks the slab has fulfilled its purpose. Steven goes to lift Sapphire onto Metagross, but the blast of Sootopolis City drags Sapphire in.
Ruby wakes up and notices Sapphire beside him. He wakes her up and they see they are in a strange land, unaffected by energies of Kyogre and Groudon. Suddenly, they are greeted by Juan, accompanied by Tate and Liza. Juan tells them this is their training ground.
