Effect
In battle
Pursuit does damage to the target. If the target is about the switch out, Pursuit will be executed first, and will be doubled in power. In a Double Battle, Pursuit can target any Pokémon around the user. In a Triple Battle, Pursuit can only target a Pokémon that's adjacent to the user.
In Side games
In Explorers of Time, Darkness, and Sky, Pursuit gives the user the Counter condition. From Gates to Infinity onward, Pursuit's damage is increased if the target has a status condition, similar to Hex.
