Effect[]

In battle[]

Pursuit does damage to the target. If the target is about the switch out, Pursuit is executed first, and its power is doubled. In a Double Battle, Pursuit can target any Pokémon around the user. In a Triple Battle, Pursuit can only target a Pokémon that's adjacent to the user.

In Side games[]

In Explorers of Time, Darkness, and Sky, Pursuit gives the user the Counter condition. From Gates to Infinity onward, Pursuit's damage is increased if the target has a status condition, similar to Hex.
